DISABILITY SUPPORT SCREENING CAMP

We conducted a screening camp for support to the disabled at Madurantakam Taluk of Kanchipuram Dist on 8th of June 2008.In this camp we screened 15 disabled with different kinds of disability.

1 to be given an electric sewing machine towards livelihood support
1 person to be given a Idli vessel towards livelihood support

2 to be given protective glasses
1 to be given a coin box telephone for livelihood support

Speech Impairment
Referred to speech therapist
Hearing Impaired
1 referred for surgery
1 to be given a hearing aid
Mentally Challenged
Referred to residential home for the mentally challenged
